 जीवन के दो नियम हम अभी तक थोड़ा थोड़ा समझे है।पहला "अनिश्चितता का नियम "दूसरा "सुनहरा नियम यानी जो चाहते हो देना शुरू कीजिए" इन नियमों को मैं आगे विस्तार से कुछ उदाहरणों के माध्यम से स्पष्ट करुँगी अभी कुछ सार रूप में अपनी बात कहना चाहती हु।जिससे जीवन को खोजने की इस यात्रा का आपको कुछ कुछ आभास प्राप्त हो जाये।

सर्वप्रथम तो आप सभी को हार्दिक धन्यवाद साथ आने के लिए ,इस न्यूज़लेटर से जुड़ने के लिए ।आप का साथ मेरे लिए प्रेरणास्रोत है जो मेरे संकोच को खुशी में बदल रहा है।

आंनद को जीवन का साथी बनाने के लिए ये जानना आवश्यक है जीवन किन सिद्धान्तों व नियमो से संचालित है व हमारे पास इसको आनंदमय बनाने के लिए क्या शक्तिया व उपकरण है।ये सत्य है कि जीवन सरल नही है इसकी मुश्किलों को ,इसकी चुनौतियों को हम नजरअंदाज करके आगे नही बढ़ेगे बल्कि स्पष्टता से इनका विश्लेषण करेगे व समाधान तक भी पहुँचेगे।
हम अपनी आंतरिक शक्तियों को भी मापने का काम साथ साथ करेगे।मेरी सलाह तो ये है कि जो भी आप इस न्यूज़लेटर से जाने व समझे ,उसको उसी दिन अभ्यास में लेकर आये क्योकि ज्ञान की कुंजियां व्यर्थ है यदि उनसे समस्याओं का ताला न खोला जाए।

मैं आपके प्रश्नों का भी स्वागत करती हूँ,इनसे इस चर्चा में एक लय का निर्माण होगा।मैं आपके विचारों व अनुभव का भी स्वागत करती हूं जिन्हें कमैंट्स के माध्यम से आप हम सभी का ज्ञानवर्धन करेगे।

जीवन का तीसरा नियम है "जीवन के खाते का नियम" ।ये नियम आपको बैंक खाते से समझ आएगा। जीवन मे ऊर्जा रूप में जो भी हम देते हैं वो कई गुना ब्याज के साथ अवश्य ही हम तक वापस आता है।इससे पहले नियम लेनदेन का था पर ये नियम केवल जमा पूंजी का है। जरा ध्यान दीजिए और याद करने का प्रयास कीजिये आज आपने पूरे दिन कौन कौन सी ऊर्जा जीवन को भेजी है यानी सुबह से शाम तक आपने चिंता,तनाव,बैचेनी, भय,क्रोध,पछतावा व नफरत की ऊर्जाओ की रचना की है या प्रेम,विश्वास, आस्था,आनन्द,खुशी,संतोष,आभार,उत्साह की ऊर्जाओं की रचना की है।देखिये स्पष्ट रूप से रचनाकार आप ही है वर्तमान के कैनवास पर आप निरन्तर इन ऊर्जाओं के माध्यम से भविष्य का चित्र बना रहे हैं । जीवन की परिस्थियाँ, घटनाए ,व्यक्तियो पर आपका नियंत्रण नही है पर इन सबके सापेक्ष प्रतिक्रिया करना व ऊर्जाओं को उत्पन्न करना आपके नियंत्रण में है।आपको कैसा शरीर,परिवार ,देश व परिस्थियाँ मिली है ये आपके नियंत्रण में नही है पर अपनी भावनाओं, विचारो व कर्म के चुनाव की स्वतंत्रता आपसे कोई नही छीन सकता। आज के दिन से ही सीखिये की कितनी बार लोगो व परिस्थितियों से ऊपर पहुच कर आप सही ऊर्जा को उत्पन्न करने का निर्णय कर सकते थे?कितनी बार आप अपने जीवन को व्यर्थ क्रोध व निराशा की ऊर्जा के स्थान पर शांति व प्रेम की ऊर्जा दे सकते थे।

देखिये सत्य यही है जीवन आसान नही है और इसके कुछ आयाम पर आपका कोई नियंत्रण नही पर कुछ आयाम आपके स्वतंत्रता के लिए सारी राह खोल देते है।
और हाँ ये भी याद रखिये की जीवन अनिश्चितता के नियम पर चलता है वही जो सबसे पहले हमने समझा इसलिए कुछ भी पूरी तरह निश्चित नही आज जागरूक होकर आओ इसकी अनिश्चितता का लाभ ले सकते है और अपने नियंत्रण वाले जीवन के आयामो पर मनोयोग से कार्य कर भविष्य की तस्वीर परिवर्तित कर सकते है।

आज के लिए इतना ही आगे बढ़ेगे,
साथ मिलकर जानेगे जीवन के नियमो को ,
रहस्यो को और
अपनी अन्तर्निहित शक्तियों को
साथ ही खोजेंगे अनेको कुंजियां जो जीवन के इस ताले को निश्चित रूप से खोल देगी ।

"Two Rules of Life: Law of Uncertainty and Golden Rule of Giving"

We have only understood these two rules of life to some extent. Firstly, the "Law of Uncertainty" and secondly, the "Golden Rule of Giving". I will now explain these rules in detail through a few examples and share my thoughts in a concise manner, so that this journey of exploring life may give you some insights.

Firstly, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of you for joining me and being a part of this newsletter. Your support has been an inspiration for me and has transformed my hesitation into joy.

To embrace joy as a companion in life, it is necessary to understand the principles and rules that govern life and the tools and abilities we possess to make it joyful. It is true that life is not simple, but by ignoring its difficulties and challenges, we cannot move forward; instead, we need to analyze them clearly and find solutions.

We will also measure our internal strengths alongside. My advice is to practice and implement the knowledge gained from this newsletter on the same day, as knowledge is useless if it does not unlock the solutions to our problems.

I also welcome your questions, as they will create a rhythm in this discussion. I also welcome your thoughts and experiences, which you can share through comments, enriching our collective knowledge.

The third rule of life is the "Law of Life's Bank Account". This rule can be understood by comparing it to a bank account. In life, whatever energy we give comes back to us with compound interest. Earlier, there was a rule of transactions, but this rule is specifically about deposits. Pay attention and try to remember it: today, from morning to evening, how many times have you sent energies of worry, stress, restlessness, fear, anger, regret, and hatred to your life, as compared to energies of love, faith, trust, joy, happiness, contentment, gratitude, and enthusiasm? Look closely, and you'll realize that you are the creator of these energies, constantly painting the picture of your future on the canvas of the present. You may not have control over the circumstances, events, and people in life, but you have the freedom to react to them and create energies. No one can take away that freedom from you. From today onwards, learn how many times you can, with your freedom, choose to generate the right energy over anger and disappointment.

See, the truth is, life is not easy, and some dimensions have no control over you, but some dimensions open up the path for your freedom. And yes, remember that life operates on the law of uncertainty, which we understood first. Therefore, nothing is completely certain. Today, let's become aware and take advantage of the uncertainty and use the power of our minds to work on the dimensions of a controlled life, thereby transforming the picture of the future.
